We are pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. We believe that access to premier security should not be hindered by geography. The price you see is the price you pay for the product and its delivery to your door.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays). After processing, your order will be dispatched from our headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

Tracking Information

Peace of mind is paramount. Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.

While we process orders quickly, delivery times vary based on your location and local customs processing. The following are estimates:

Returns & Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

Due to the security-sensitive nature of our products, eligibility for a return is very strict to protect all of our customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Completely unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original, unopened packaging.
  • The manufacturer's factory-sealed tamper-evident seals must be 100% intact and undisturbed.

For security reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or have had their factory seals broken. This policy ensures that every customer receives a device that is verifiably secure and has not been subjected to third-party interference.

How to Start a Return
